Refund policy

Should you wish  to return any purchase from AuthenticFab, simply follow these steps to ensure a smooth transaction of your return at a $25 flat charge.

1. A written request must be filed by email to info@authenticfab.com within (2) business days of delivery as proven by the tracking number. At the moment, we only offer 7 days return policy on some selected items from the date of delivery.
   
   

2. Any and all items must be unworn or not used and in it original condition, with it labels and tags attached.

1. Item must be shipped back to Authenticfab no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided  as confirmed by the tracking number
2. Request a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned when dropping off for return. Authenticfab is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned when dropped off..
3. The is a return shipment fee of $25 by Authenticfab to the customer. 
4. Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method 

Authenticfab can not accept international returns at the moment. Please note, if an international package is returned to sender the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.
